Physical Therapy

Discovery Call- Free 20 minute consultation over phone/Facetime/Zoom. Email or Call/Text for availability. Does not include an exam/treatment. Purpose is to determine if we will work well together, or if I'd refer you to another provider.

Important Policy Information:

All appointments are fee-for-service. Payment will be collected at the service time. 

Tao of Physical Therapy, LLC is not in-network with insurances. A superbill of services may be provided if you have out-of-network benefits. Service coverage and rates for reimbursement are determined by your insurance provider.

Referrals: South Carolina is now a direct access state. Doctor's referrals/prescriptions for physical therapy is not needed to receive an evaluation or treatment. However, it is recommended to see your physician if your condition does not improve after 30 days. A referral may be required to receive Out-Of-Network benefits.

Cancellation Policy: Please give at least a 24 hour notice for cancellations to be respectful of the provider and allow for another patient to make an appointment.
